Progress on the Museum

We are still confident that the ground floor museum in the Carillon will be completed before Easter this year.

Last week the carpet was lifted and after many years the flagstone floor was revealed.  It has been cleaned and treated ready for the next step.

This week (January 27th) the electricians are in the Carillon to sort out the wiring, put in new sockets and prepare for the new lighting set up.

Mid February will see the decorators begin their work to paint the background colours.

March will be the busiest with lighting, fittings and displays completed by the end of the month if all goes well!
